Deposit is $500 for a specific kitten. A non refundable $250 wait list fee if customer cancels purchase. Deposit can be made through Paypal at the email address of singftheart@yahoo.com.

Does not include transportation or shipping fees.

This kitten is sold with No Breeding Rights to Buyer. Buyer agrees to provide a lifetime home for this kitten.

This kitten will be kept indoors unless supervised. This kitten will not be declawed unless medically necessary.

This kitten will have veterinary care when needed.

This kitten will be kept clean and free of parasites. Parents tested negative for FELV and FIV. Breeder does not recommend the use of FELV vaccines.

Breeder guarantees this kitten to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale and delivery. This kitten has been dewormed and immunized for prevention and precaution against feline panleukopenia, feline rhinotracheitis, calici virus, and chlamydia.

This kitten is free of fleas. This kitten is guaranteed genetically healthy up to one year.

If this kitten should die of any genetic or congenital defect before 1 year of age, breeder has the option to provide a replacement kitten or refund the purchase price. Breeders liability to the buyer shall not exceed the purchase price of the kitten.
